Good afternoon, I made a reservation for Disneyland park on the 18th and 19 of March and California adventure for the 20th and 21st but now when I look at my tickets they show a different date. Please help I had already asked for those days off. Thank you!

Dear Alex, thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! I am happy to help you figure out which dates you have reservations to visit Disneyland Resort.

First, let’s confirm that you are looking in the right place for the reservations. When you log in to your Disneyland account, go to “My Disneyland” and select “Ticket and Reservation Details.” Then, click the “View My Park Reservations” link. On this page, you should see the park reservations you hold.

You can also go into the Disneyland mobile app, select “Future Plans” and see your reservations there. You would see the date and park for which you have a reservation each day. If you have a Park Hopper ticket, your reservation will show the park where you will start your day, but after 1:00 p.m. you are free to hop back and forth between both parks as much as you want.

In my experience, tickets don’t usually have a date on them, so I’m hopeful that maybe once you recheck your reservations, you’ll find your reservations are intact. But, if this doesn’t work and you still need further help in confirming, I would contact Ticket Services via phone or through the “Chat with Us” feature in the app.

I am wishing upon a star for you, Alex, to get this sorted for your well-deserved days off!
