reach out to a Disney Cast Member via chat, email or phone any time between 7 A.M. and 11 P.M. EST daily. Disney Cast Members are real-life fairy godparents who can help you book reservations, link them to your
My Disney Experience account, and ensure everything is organized properly. For more help and suggestions throughout the planning process, you can also work with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, who can help with all aspects of a Disney vacation. If you would like to do some research on your own, however, I highly suggest checking out the
FAQ and
Help Center sections on the Walt Disney World Resort website, as many of your questions were probably answered there. Similarly, you can use the search bar here on planDisney to search keywords and view previous questions and answers. Lastly, I suggest checking out the

Now, Peter, I thought I would share some of my biggest tips for planning your Disney vacation. First, I highly suggest that you stay at a
Disney Resort hotel. Not only do you get to stay in the Disney magic throughout your trip, but they also offer many amenities that are, in my opinion, indispensable. For instance, the complimentary bus transportation system is particularly great when returning to your room at the end of a long park day! Second, look at the different holidays and festivals when booking your vacation. Indeed,
EPCOT has various festivals throughout the year, so you can see which one would best fit your interests. Also, the Magic Kingdom Park holds special ticketed
Halloween and
Christmas parties during the Halloween and Holiday season, and those special ticketed events truly make your trips memorable and unique. Therefore, if the idea of trick-or-treating around Magic Kingdom Park sounds magical, or if you would rather walk in a winter wonderland on Main Street U.S.A., you can book your vacation during those parties.
