Good afternoon Disney family, I do apologize if this has already been asked, but I have two unused tickets that expire the end of June. My fear is that I am unable to extend because it was tickets I won in the radio. Will they be honored?

    Hey Vanessa!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for your question!

Congratulations on being the big winner of the radio contest! Disneyland Resort tickets are definitely a top prize in my book! And, I have great news for you. The Disneyland Resort makes it easy for you to enjoy a memorable vacation when the time is right for you and your family! According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Because you won the tickets at an on the radio, I recommend checking with the radio station to ensure there are no additional guidelines that should be followed. Otherwise, when you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth, or a Guest Relations location inside the theme park to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.

I’m sure you’ll enjoy a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort whenever you do decide to go! And please head back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions! We can’t wait to help you plan your vacation!
