    Good afternoon, We have brought a package through BA arriving end of March. We believe the memory maker was included with the offer but we can’t seem to link it to the my Disney experience app. How do we do this? Many thanks

    Welcome to planDisney, Rob. It’s always lovely to help a fellow guest from the UK plan their jolly holiday to the Most Magical Place on Earth! 

    If you have booked a package from the UK that includes tickets, this will be the 7-day and 14-day Magic Tickets available to Guests from the UK & Ireland. You're right in thinking that these include Memory Maker- which is such an amazing feature! While I'm on holiday, I love browsing through the photos in the My Disney Experience app while I'm waiting in line for Big Thunder Mountain or soaring to my resort on Disney's Skyliner! And when the holiday is over, I have plenty of magical moments captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers to fill the walls of my home.

    You won't see Memory Maker in the My Disney Experience app yet, Rob, but with a sprinkle of pixie dust, it will magically appear once you arrive at Walt Disney World! Once you are in the parks, your photos will start to appear in the app, and you simply tap on a photo to activate Memory Maker. So, Rob, you can sit back, relax, and let someone else capture the magical memories you're making.
