Good afternoon, We bought 3 tickets last year and we got one day free, but one of the tickets is missing and we want to go on may 28, that is my son with disability 35 th birthday. Could you please tell me what to do? Because we remember they took picture

Hello, Luis, and welcome to planDisney! Most importantly, a very big happy birthday to your son - I'm thrilled to hear you all will get to go to the Disneyland Resort to celebrate! This sounds like such a fun trip and will be here before you know it.

As for your question on your tickets, if I'm understanding you correctly, it sounds like you might have purchased a promotion last year where you bought 3 tickets and received an additional day for free - is that correct? If so, I'm wondering if you purchased it through a third-party vendor? If that is the case, I would contact them first if you're having trouble finding the ticket information.

If you purchased your theme park tickets and think you received your additional day from Disneyland.com, then I would recommend calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line. Before you call, make sure to gather any information that would help the Cast Member find the details for these tickets. If you haven't already, you could check your email inbox to see if you received any confirmation details - if you purchased your ticket package through Disneyland.com then this is where your ticket details should be.

Additionally, make sure you've made your theme park reservation for each day of your visit! You need both valid theme park tickets and a theme park reservation to enter the parks.

It looks like you've timed your visit well! I just heard this morning that Ariel from The Little Mermaid will be making appearances near "it's a small world" around this time. Keep an eye out for her during your trip!

Thanks again for your question, Luis. I hope your son has an absolutely wonderful 35th birthday, and am so glad you all get to celebrate with him at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
