    Good afternoon. Now that you can add Disney Reward Cards to your profile for payment, can you now add Disney Gift Cards? Thank you for your time.

    Hi Linda! Welcome back to planDisney! I’m so glad you find our answers helpful with your vacation planning!

    The technology associated with MyDisney Experience accounts is always being updated, so I had to do some research to make sure I’m giving you the most up-to-date information. I spoke with a friendly Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort! She confirmed that Guests cannot presently link a Disney Gift Card directly to their MyDisney Experience account as a payment method. Now, while you can’t link a Disney Gift Card to your account, you can use a Disney Gift Card when making a purchase on your app.

    When prompted to make a payment on the app, tap “Use a Different Payment Method.” You can then “Add a Card” to make a payment. You can use a Disney Gift Card on this screen.

    Unfortunately, you won’t be able to “store” the card, but you can use it. You’ll need to enter the card number each time you want to use the card on the app. This includes when you choose to use the Mobile Order feature on the MyDisney Experience app!

    Another helpful Disney Gift Card tip is that you can combine multiple Disney Gift Cards onto just one card! Visit Disneygiftcard.com to combine those wonderful Disney Gift Cards!
