I've gone to WDW every summer as a kid and now taking my son. He is turning 13 and this will be his first visit to WDW. We visit in 06/2012 and stay 6 days. Whats the pros/cons of hopper pass? Do people usually utilize this option or does it go 2 waste

Hi Tamisha - I always like to add the park hopper option to our family's tickets.  It provides us with lots of flexibility in planning our days, as well as our meals.

The only real con to the hopper is the cost.  But there are numerous pros.  For instance, you'll be able to go to whichever park you prefer for meals, without having to spend the day at that park.  We also like to go to one park in the morning and another in the afternoon (we especially like to spend our evenings in Epcot).

If you have the option on your tickets, it's very likely you'll use it.  But before you decide, take a look at your schedule and see if you realistically think you'll go to more than one park per day.

    Have a great vacation!
