We have gone to all the parks at Christmas time except Animal Kingdom. We will be going again 12/2 - 12/7/2012. Does Animal Kingdom offer any "wow" events for Christmas?

    Jambo LaJoyce!

I am pleased to report that ALL of the Disney Parks and resorts go ALL out for the Holidays, and Animal Kingdom is certainly no exception.  The park is intricately decked out with beautiful decorations including a special animal-themed tree at the Main Entryway.  The holiday fun doesn't end there... Once inside, you'll notice that they didn't leave a single cranny of the park untouched when it comes to decor...even the light poles are dusted with mountain snow and you'll discover that most of the trees have been adorned with some extra special holiday touches.

Be sure to stop by Camp Mickey and Minnie, the park's character meet and greet area, to have a photo taken with your most beloved Disney characters who will be decked out in there holiday finest.  And don't forget to visit Goofy...I mean, Santa, at his Wild Wonderland where you can capture a unique holiday photo.

In addition to live World Music Performers, who entertain guests with live music celebrating the holidays, you'll also want to be sure not to miss the special Mickey's Jingle Jungle Parade which features Mickey, Minnie and Pals as they celebrate the season Animal Kingdom Style!

    Best Wishes,
