Hi, What goes on during the early morning celebration at Hollywood Studios? Are the characters that are there do they sign autographs then? How early do I need to arrive? Thanks in advance for all your help.

    Hi Elizabeth!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

There has been an opening show at all of the theme parks for many years, but starting this year things have generally been scaled back in the morning.  On my last two trips to Walt Disney World, I was at all of the parks at "rope drop" (basically when the park opens) and only the Magic Kingdom had its standard morning show.  Hopefully that will change in the future, but we will have to wait and see.  Sometimes Disney will scale things back during a less busy time in the parks or to make modifications before rolling out a new show.

I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you now, but please write back with more questions!
