We go to WDW several times a year. Now considering trip to DL and DCA. We always travel during value season. When is the value season for DL? Will be staying at Disneyland resort.

    Hi, Larisa!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your question. I’m happy to hear you’re thinking of planning a trip to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”

The busiest times of year at the Disneyland Resort generally revolve around holidays when most schools are on vacation, such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day, in addition to much of the summer months. Mid-January through mid-March (except for President's Day Weekend), mid-April through mid-May (except during spring break) and mid-September through mid-November are great times of year to visit the resort because you'll usually find the lowest park attendance and most special offers available. However, keep in mind that avoiding the Disneyland Resort’s high season often means your vacation won’t coincide with typical school breaks. You’re also more likely to encounter attraction closures due to refurbishment, a pared down entertainment schedule, and shorter park hours.

I hope this helps, Larisa, and that you enjoy a perfectly pixie-dusted visit to the Disneyland Resort! Please feel free to write back with additional questions as your planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
