We want to go to WDW. We don't want to purchase dining plan b/c we only plan on eating lunch inside the parks during each day's visit. Can we pay cash or can this be charged to the magic band?

    Hi, Cecelia!

Any purchases, including meals, can be charged with your MagicBand as long as you are staying at a Disney Resort and have a credit card on file. You will need to have set a PIN for your account that you will need to enter with any purchase. You are also welcome to pay with cash, credit card, or Disney Gift Card.

Now if only that MagicBand worked once we got home. Grocery shopping would be so much more fun if I could charge my groceries with my MagicBand!

Wishing you a magical vacation in Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
