Hi, Trinity!
Welcome, and thanks for visiting
planDisney. Have you heard the good news? The Disneyland Resort
theme parks are scheduled to reopen on April 30, 2021!
Some
theme park ticket expiration dates have already been extended, so there’s a good chance the extension applies to your tickets. Unused non-promotional single-day tickets that originally expired on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. Unused non-promotional multi-day tickets that were set to expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021 will be granted a new expiration date of December 16, 2021, and the ticket will expire 13 days after it is first used or on December 16, 2021-- whichever occurs first.
I suggest that you link the tickets to your Disney account on
Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland mobile app to check the current expiration date. Expiration dates on tickets eligible for an extension should be updated now. If you have any issues with linking your tickets or have specific questions, you can call the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636. Keep in mind that Guests who are California residents and already have a valid theme park ticket linked to their Disney account can be among the first to make a
theme park reservation using the online system that will be launched on April 12!
I hope this answers your question, Trinity, and that your next pixie-dusted vacation is just around the corner! Please write back with any other planning questions you have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
