Can we go to the ticket center at Disney Springs to show our proof of Canadian resident for our tickets or does it need to be done at an actual park?

Hi there Chelsea, welcome back to planDisney! It's always great to chat about the Most Magical Place on Earth with a fellow Canadian.

Great news Chelsea, you don't need to worry about heading to a Ticket Window or Guest Relations at the theme parks and have to use your park time to get your Canadian resident tickets validated. Instead, you can activate your tickets at the Disney Springs Welcome Center before your first visit to the theme parks. This is a great way to avoid any delays and you can start your day upon arrival at the Park! Please be sure to have your Canadian Passport in hand as your government-issued photo identification.

Tip: The Disney Springs Welcome Center is located near the center of Disney Springs (if you are arriving by personal vehicle, the closest parking garage is the Lime Garage). The Welcome Center is right across from my favourite burger restaurant at Disney Springs: D-Luxe Burger. They have the best dipping sauces for fries, you won't be disappointed if you give them a try!

I hope this information helps with your planning for your upcoming trip. Feel free to reach out to us here planDisney if you have any more questions!

    Cheers,
