Hi Amber! Thank you for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! This is a great question! This is something I like to call "Resort Hopping". When we visit the Walt Disney World Resorts, my family and I always take time to visit the other Disney Resorts so that we can get a feel for it and then the next time we visit, we can stay there. Usually I do this by dining at the restaurant of the resort I am visiting. While it is allowed to visit other resorts and enjoy the restaurants and the shops, amenities such as the pools are only for the resort guests. I can definitely understand this as I would hate to pay to stay at a resort and find that the pool is overcrowded with people who are not guests. Some resorts have experienced this problem and have started asking guests to show their room key as proof before they are allowed in the pool area.
Hope this helps!
If I can assist you with any other planning question, please send them my way! Have a great vacation! Yael
