I would like to go solo to disneyworld in late Sept - early October. I am having a tough time deciding between the Poly and the Boardwalk. Could i do 3 days at the Poly and 3 days at the boardwalk? Which should I pick if only one?

Hello John!  You certainly can choose three nights at each resort...it will be like having two vacations in one!  You didn't mention if you'll have a car with you but if you need help getting your luggage from the first resort to the second resort, Disney makes it easy.  After your stay at resort #1, pack your bags and drop them off with Bell Services (or call to have them pick up your luggage).  Let them know you are transferring to resort #2 and they will be sure to get your luggage there for you.  Once in resort #2, just call Bell Services later in the day (they will give you an approximate time for delivery) and they will bring your luggage to you.

If you decide you'd rather choose just one resort, I think you have two great options...you've definitely put yourself in a no lose situation!  I would recommend you stay at the resort that is more convenient to the parks/restaurants you would be visiting most.  For Magic Kingdom and Epcot (quick monorail ride away), you may want to opt to stay at the Polynesian...if you plan on spending a lot of time in the Hollywood Studios/Epcot and Boardwalk area, I'd definitely go with the Boardwalk.

I hope this helps.  Diane  :)
