    Want to go to rope drop at Animal Kingdom on june visit. Will drive car. Park opens at 8 on day of visit. How soon can I get into the parking lot before that?

    Hi Lisa!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I have had trouble getting into the Animal Kingdom's parking lot early whenever I have tried driving myself.  I would suggest taking Disney transportation if at all possible.  That said, on my last two visits, I was able to get through the toll booth about 15 minutes before park opening; that barely gives you enough time to get to rope drop.
