Hey there, hi there, Jonah! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. I'm so glad you're here with such a great question!
It sounds like the magic called, and I couldn't be more excited to see that you answered the call by planning a magical adventure at The Most Magical Place on Earth. I can't imagine a better way to close out a fantastic year and celebrate the beginning of an even better one than a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Now, let's chat Theme Park Tickets and Reservations. They're your keys to the magic, and I can't wait to see what you unlock!
Multi-day
Theme Park Ticket holders should be able to make
Theme Park Reservations for the number of days on their ticket. So, if you have a 4-day ticket, you should be eligible to make four Theme Park Reservations. Right now, I have a 5-day ticket in My Disney Experience account and have not made my Theme Park Reservations yet, so the system is informing me that I have "5 of 5 Reservations Available."
If your
My Disney Experience account is showing that you have 10 Reservations available, I recommend logging out and logging back into your My Disney Experience account. Then, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab, click "My Plans" and then click the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" link under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Here, you can check and see if you have purchased a 4-day ticket or a 10-day ticket.
If it shows that you do, in fact, have a 4-day ticket, once again hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab, click "Theme Park Reservations" and then the "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations" button to see if the system is still showing that you have 10 reservations left. If it is and you think this is an error, I recommend
calling a helpful Cast Member with Existing Tickets to help you sort it out.
Jonah, I hope at least one of your four park days will be spent at EPCOT! Did you see that the
Disney Parks Blog just released new official information about the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays and the Candlelight Processional?! Both will take place through December 30, 2023, so you will just catch them, and I definitely recommend that you do. Have the very merriest time!
I hope this helps, Jonah, and I hope you have the best time ringing in the new year at such a magical place! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have along the way.
Stay merry and bright,
Mandy
