    How do I go about requesting a specific building and floor for Port Orleans FQ. I have never stayed at this resort .

    Hello Sheryle!

    What a great question!  All you have to do is call 407-W-DISNEY and talk to one of the very helpful Disney Cast Members!  They will be able to make a special note on your reservation.  While all requests cannot be guaranteed, I do know that Cast Members at Walt Disney World try their very best to honor special building and floor requests.  I have made requests like this many times, and I can honestly say that MOST of my wishes were granted!!  That is what Walt Disney World is all about...making wishes come true!
