    How do I go about requesting a room with minimal walking & without stairs, when booking at a WDW Resort from the UK? I need to ensure this is possible pre-travel in order to make the trip tolerable for my Mom who will need to use a stick during our sta

    Hi Hannah,



    Which resort are you staying in? I can get you the direct phone number and / or email address to the resort so that you can reach the Room Assigner directly. They need to be contracted exactly 9 days prior to your arrival for the best chances of getting your request (that is when they get their arrival lists). While requests are never guaranteed, Disney does do their best to honor them based on availability. Be sure to explain your Mom's situation as they will do everything possible to accommodate her needs. If you send me a follow-up question, I'll get the information for you.
