Howdy, James!
At Disney, you can
rent an electric scooter, also known as an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) if you need one. At each theme park entrance and at
Disney Springs, you’ll find rental locations for ECVs. These are first‑come, first‑served, and you don’t need to make a reservation in advance through Disney.
The daily rental rate for an ECV inside the parks is around $65 per day, plus a refundable deposit of $20. These prices are subject to change without notice, so be sure to check with a Cast Member once you arrive at your resort or the theme park entrance.
If you prefer more flexibility (using it at your resort, not just in parks), you can also rent from a third‑party vendor that delivers to your hotel and will pick it up, as well.
ScooterBug delivers mobility devices like electric scooters (ECVs), wheelchairs, and strollers to your resort hotel’s
bell services, so you don’t have to pick it up at the park entrance.
They’re also a Disney Featured Provider, which means Disney Resort hotel guests can use them, and the resort staff will coordinate delivery and pickup without you needing to be present. Having an ECV available during your entire visit will make magic even more special.
Most of Disney's complimentary transportation options are
mobility accessible, allowing you to use the buses, Skyliner, and most of the water transportation with ease.
Have a wonderful time, James, on your upcoming visit to Disney! Please stop by and see us again soon if you have more questions.
Toodles,
Korliss
