Where do I go to see my remaining balance on my trip?

Hi Jake! Welcome to planDisney, where we go to infinity and beyond to answer Guests' questions.

One of my favorite parts about booking a vacation package (room and tickets) to the Walt Disney World Resort is that you can pay down the balance at your own pace leading up to your vacation. When you go to book your package, you are usually only required to pay the deposit and then you can choose to pay the final amount in full no later than 30 days before your arrival date or you can pay it down gradually. I usually pay it down gradually and then don't have much to worry about when I arrive! And now, starting January 9, 2024, Guests will have the option to include the Disney Dining Plan once again, meaning that you can also pay down your daily meals and snacks before you arrive. Talk about magic!

To see your remaining balance, simply log in to your My Disney Experience account on a computer. Then, select "My Plans" under the "My Disney Experience" menu. Afterward, scroll down until you see "My Plans, Reservations & Tickets." This is where you should be able to see your reservation details, confirmation number, and remaining balance. Should you choose to make a payment, there should also be a blue "Make a Payment" link. Sometimes, this is not always displayed. If not, logging out and logging back in may help. Other times, you may have to reach out to a friendly Cast Member to obtain the remaining balance and/or make a payment.

Jake, I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Please reach out again if you have any other questions. We are always happy to help!

The important thing is that we stick together,
    Matt
