Hello there DeShea,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for your question!
You have a few different options to access your
theme park tickets. The method I typically use is to search my email inbox for "Disneyland Confirmation." You should then see a result that says Disneyland Confirmation followed by "(#DD...)" and a long string of numbers. If you open that email and scroll down a bit, you'll see a blue button that says "Access Your eTickets" that you can click on to see your information. If you want to print this page for easier reference, most internet browsers have an option to print the currently displayed screen.
Alternatively, if you purchased your tickets through the
Disneyland Resort website, they'll likely already be linked to your account and you can find your trip information in the "
My Plans" section of the website. Additionally, you could check the
Disneyland Resort mobile app to see if the ticket information is already linked in there as well.
If your tickets are not linked (or you're trying to help another member of your party to link tickets to their account), you can grab the QR code from the first method I mentioned above to show them or you can have them instead input the ticket ID number, which you'll be able to see from any of the methods I outlined above.
If you're linking tickets from the Disneyland Resort mobile app, you'll tap the menu button, select "Tickets and Passes," then "Link Tickets & Passes." In this next screen, you'll want to select "Type ID" near the top right of the screen and then you can enter that ticket ID.
I hope that helps, DeShea! Thank you so much for your question and enjoy your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
