Where do you go to pick an oyster for a pearl? We have heard you can do this but can't find where to go.

Adults and children of all ages enjoy visiting the Japan Pavilion at Epcot Theme Park to pick a pearl! Inside Mitsukoshi at Japan, you can pick from a selection of live oysters.  Once you choose, the oyster will be opened for you to reveal the pearl inside.  Japanese drums will sound and the crowd gathered will cheer.  For around $13, the pearl is yours to keep.  You can also decide if you'd like the pearl placed in a setting there as well.

My girls and I really enjoyed doing this together, and it makes for such a special souvenir.

    Good luck with your choice!

I wish you a MAGICAL vacation, Melissa.
