    Where do I go to pay my reservation balance online? I want to pay for the resort prior to arrival.

    Welcome to planDisney, Rylan! 

    You are just like me! I love having everything paid for before I go on vacation! It helps me feel like everything is in order and is set and ready for my vacation! 

    You are more than welcome to pay for your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel before your vacation begins! All you need to do is log in to your account on the Walt Disney World Resort website, select “My Disney Experience” on the righthand side of your screen, toggle down and select “My Plans”, then select “Show Details” next to your reservation information. You should be able to select “Make a Payment” from there and finish paying for your Resort.

    If you have difficulties making a payment online, please call a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-1936 and they will be more than happy to help you make your final payment.
