    Where do I go to pay my bill for upcoming vacation?

    Hi Izabel, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for visiting us here with your question about payment.  I am so glad to see that you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort, with the upcoming 50th Anniversary Celebration kicking off in a few days it is certainly a great time to visit!

    If you have purchased a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package that includes both Theme Park Tickets and a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stay you are able to pay the balance online in your My Disney Experience Account.  To do so, login to your Disney Account and select "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience tab.  From there, scroll down until you are able to see your Resort Reservation and details.  Beside the information you should see a blue "Make A Payment" tab.  Follow the prompts to add your payment information and complete the transaction.  You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours and your payment will also be updated in My Disney Experience.  

    If you have booked a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stay, once you have paid the initial deposit, the remaining balance is due at the time of check-in once you arrive at your resort hotel.
