Hiya Milagros,
Welcome back to
planDisney! We are so excited that you are here and that we can continue to help you with planning your upcoming vacation.
What a great question, Milagros! These days, my backpack is full of diapers and toddler snacks, so I have not had direct experience with this, but luckily, I was able to chat with a Cast Member. When we looked at the
Property Rules, there wasn’t anything specifically prohibiting backpacks designed for streaming. However, there are some specific guidelines related to bags/recording that I do want to draw your attention to. First, your bag cannot be larger than 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high. So be sure to measure your “liveu backpack” to ensure it fits within these maximum sizing requirements. Second, if your bag also comes with a tripod or monopod stand, just make sure that it doesn’t extend over 6’ as items that do that are also prohibited. Third, photography, videotaping, and recording of any kind that is for unapproved commercial purposes is prohibited as well. Lastly, and most importantly, Cast Members do reserve the right to not allow an item into the theme parks. It is ultimately up to their discretion, so please keep that in mind.
I hope this was helpful, Milagros. As you continue planning your trip, please remember that we are always here to help. Whether it be about
Premier Pass or property guidelines, you always have a pal at planDisney.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
