Can you go in and out at oogie boogie bash like a regular ticket?

    Boo-To-You Danielle!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your scary good question our way!

One year, I stayed at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel when attending Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party! I wanted to get the party started before I changed into my full Tiana costume. As you may already know, Guests are able to enter Disney California Adventure Park after 3:00 p.m. during the party mix-in period. At that time I was greeted with a trick-or-treat bag, a wristband and an event guide. But, because the official event does not start until 6:00 p.m. I just enjoyed the park like a regular Guest. As dusk approached, I returned to my hotel room to change into my ballgown and hoop skirt. I went back to the party for photo ops and treat trails. But as the night went on, my feet were weary from all the walking. So, I popped back to the hotel to change into more comfortable clothes and shoes. But, there was still plenty of fun to be had. So, I went back to the park to watch the last Frightfully Fun Parade and ride Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark

So, the short answer is yes! Your Special Event Ticket affords you the same in and out privileges as normal theme park admission! Simply present your e-ticket or MagicBand+ at the turnstiles and be sure you do not remove your event wristband. You'll be good to come and go as you please!

Enjoy the spell-ebration and please head back to planDisney with more questions!
