Hi there, Inga. Thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your question for us. Welcome!
I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth really soon, but I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your theme park reservation. Fridays through Sundays tend to be pretty popular days to visit the Disneyland Resort theme parks. With the theme park reservations system, Guests can make theme park reservations up to 120 days in advance. I just peeked at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar and currently, October 15 is indeed crossed out. This means that all the theme park reservations are sold out. People’s vacation plans can change, and cancelations do happen. I’d recommend checking periodically to see if the date you wish to visit opens.
Inga, according to the information provided, it appears you currently reside in Arizona. I would hate for you to come all the way to the Disneyland Resort on Friday, October 15th to be told at the Main Entrance ticket booth that the day is completely booked. The safest bet would be to make a theme park reservation for a day that is available; that way, you’ll be confirmed and guaranteed the opportunity to experience the pixie-dusted magic! Heading to the theme parks the day of to purchase tickets will be risky. Even if you purchase at the ticket booth, you’d still need to go online on your
Disneyland mobile app to make theme park reservation for that day.
I wish you the best of luck and have a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! If you have further trip-planning questions for us, please
write us again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
