Where do I go online to pay off my vacation balance? I do not see that anywhere on my Disney Experience page.

    Hi Blaklee!

Thanks for reaching out to the Moms Panel!

Depending on the vacation package that you chose, and the timing in which you're making payment, there are occasions in which you will need to contact Guest Relations in order to make your remaining payments. First, follow these steps to see if you can make your payment online first.

    1. Go to DisneyWorld.com and log into your MyDisneyExperience account.

    2. Once logged in, hover over MyDisneyExperience (with the hidden Mickey) and choose "My Plans."

    3. Under your resort, you should see a "More Details" link. Click on that link. This should give you the full details of your resort reservation and a link to "Make a Payment." Click on the "Make a Payment" button and proceed to through the steps in making a payment.

If for some reason you go through these steps and you do not see a "Make a Payment" button, then you'll likely need to contact Guest Relations to make your remaining payments. The number to reach them would be (407) 939-1936.

Hope this helps some. Hope all your Disney planning goes fantastic!
