My Disney Experience account. First, you'll need to sign in and make sure your reservation is linked to your account. If it's not, you can complete this step by selecting the "Link a Reservation" tab under "Resort Hotel", and entering your confirmation number. Once linked successfully, you'll see an option to "Make a Payment" at the top of the page. I like to put myself on a payment schedule and whittle away at my remaining balance so I don't have a large payoff when the final payment is due (30 days prior to your arrival date).
You should receive an email or direct mail notification to let you know when your final payment is due. For room-only reservations, Guests will pay their balance due upon arrival at their
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Cast Members are available to assist you if needed and can be reached by calling (407) 939-7675. Make sure to have your reservation confirmation information handy when you call. There is also the option to reach out to a Cast Member via this
convenient email form, and they are typically pretty quick to respond!
