Sharron, if you booked a room-only reservation, you will need to call (407) 939-1936 to make a payment towards your remaining balance. However, if you booked a vacation package, you should be able to make a payment in your
My Disney Experience account online. Make sure you are logged in and head to your “My Plans” page. Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and click on "Make a Payment." If you do not see the option to make a payment on your vacation package online, you will need to call the number I mentioned above for assistance from a friendly Cast Member.
