Hi Tyler,
Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney. I'd be happy to help try and sort out your MagicMobile question.
I've also gone ahead and set up a
MagicMobile pass for myself using my phone. This ensures I'll be able to enter the parks each day as well as access Lightning Lane entries for my scheduled attractions, even if I forget my MagicBand+ at home. While I know MagicMobile digital passes can be shared from an Apple Wallet via
iMessenger, unfortunately, the capability is not currently available for Android users at this time.
I did a little research and came across a
helpful answer from another planDisney panelist. Anne Marie offered a potential workaround for this issue and suggests logging in to your My Disney Experience Account from the Android phone of whomever you're trying to share your pass with. You should then be able to create a MagicMobile pass there and save it to that device's Google wallet.
If you're traveling with a larger party on your upcoming February visit, you can still be linked to each other's plans in the
My Disney Experience App. To do this navigate to the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of your app, then scroll down to select "My Profile" at the bottom of the screen. Select "Family & Friends List" and then "Add a Guest." Follow the prompts to add a family member or friend via connected guests, by entering their name and age, or by scanning their linking code. If a member of your travel party already has their own My Disney Experience Account I find scanning their linking code to be the fastest option. Once everyone is linked for your upcoming trip you'll be able to make Lightning Lane selections together if you decide to purchase
Genie+, and can also purchase Individual Lightning Lane entries together as well.
I hope this helps get you tech ready for your trip. If we can help answer any further questions please don't hesitate to come back and see us again!
Have a magical day,
Amy
