Hey there Meg,
Welcome to planDisney - I'm so glad you stopped by with your question!
Theme park tickets purchased through a third party typically function similar to those purchased directly through the Disneyland Resort website. Therefore, you should be able to link your tickets to your MyDisney account through the
Disneyland Resort mobile app.
To do this, first tap the menu button (the three horizontal lines) and select "My Tickets & Passes." From here, tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and you can then either use your phone camera to scan the ticket barcode or manually enter the Ticket ID.
Once your tickets are linked, make sure to also set up your
theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit! You can do this through the Disneyland Resort mobile app as well, but I actually prefer doing this through the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website since it also has easy and convenient ways to make and manage all my other trip reservations as well (hotel, dining, and enchanting extras).
Once you've done these two steps then you're all prepared to visit the parks! If you run into any other issues accessing your ticket information then I would recommend reaching out to the distributor that you purchased them from. If you have issues setting up your park reservations then feel free to come back and see us here at planDisney or
call a Cast Member directly at the Guest Information line.
Thanks again for your question, Meg! I hope you have fun visiting the Disneyland Resort with your shiny new park tickets.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
