When I go to link my Will Call tickets it says Complimentary (Ages 10+). However, I have 3 guests in our party that are 4, 6 and 9. We received these tickets due to a previous issue and these are the exact same people going. Do I link them still?

Hey Howdy Hey Jenny and welcome to planDisney!

I bet you all are getting super excited about your upcoming trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth really soon! There are so many exciting things happening right now in Walt Disney World Resort as well as so much to celebrate the holiday seasons and I am sure you will have a trip you will not soon forget! Thank you for stopping by with your question about your complimentary tickets. I will be happy to give you a little more insight into the specifics.

With the tickets you currently have that show (Ages 10+), it should not matter if they are linked to a party member that is under the age of 10. As long as they have a ticket that is linked to their account, you should not have any issues accessing the parks during your upcoming visit. You can go ahead and link these tickets to your account and assign them to the members of your party and you should be all set!

I am sure you already have this next step taken care of but just wanted to remind you of a couple of options you have to access your tickets once onsite. MagicBand+ and Disney MagicMobile Service are two of the most common ways to access the Magic during your trip. With MagicBand+, you can interact with the parks in a whole new way. You can stop by each of the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues to waive a quick "Hello", and navigate your way through Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge as a bounty hunter searching for high-value items and so much more! You can pick these up at many locations inside the parks, at many of the resorts as well as over at World of Disney in Disney Springs.

Disney MagicMobile Service turns your smart device into your access to the Magic. Simply download the My Disney Experience app, log in, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner of the screen and look for the tile Disney MagicMobile. This will allow you to create a free "ticket" that will link with either Google Pay or Apple Wallet and you can then use your smart device to tap in at all access points to access your tickets and Lightning Lane Entry selections.

I hope you and your party have a Magical trip full of memories to last a lifetime! Please feel free to reach back out and let us know if you have any further questions, we would be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Nick
