How do you go about having the magical experience (when they add characters/props to your photo) when getting your photos taken in Disney?

    Hello again Tanya!

I am excited to be able to answer another question for you! Thank you!

It sounds to me like you are describing the Disney PhotoPass Magic Shots.  These great photo enhancements add just a bit of Disney Magic with some familiar Disney friends and fun.  They are extremely simple to get; all you have to do is ask!  Let any of the PhotoPass photographers know that you would like to create a Magic Shot and they will help you create just the right pose to add a little pixie-dust to your perfect memory.

I do recommend that you stop by one of the photo locations before leaving the parks to ensure that your magical shots were created correctly.  (Also, it is fun to take a peek at the magic before you get home!)

Thank you again for visiting the Moms Panel and please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

    Magical Wishes,

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
