How do we go about having a birthday cake delivered to our room so that upon our arrival it is in our room?... or at least it can be delivered to our room after we arrive? We arrive at 8pm. Too late for a dinner with young kids-hope to do cake in room.

    Hi there Connie!

I just arranged for the exact same surprise- for my 17th wedding anniversary in April! My husband and children were thrilled to find a multilayer chocolate mousse cake waiting in our guest room a few hours after check-in when we returned from the pool. It truly was as beautiful as it was delicious!

To schedule delivery of your birthday confection, simply contact the Cake Ordering Hotline at 407-827-2253 and discuss your delightful options. Only onsite Disney resorts that offer Private Dining can deliver to your guest room however, there are alternative locations available like delivery to a table-service restaurant at the end of a meal or picking up the cake yourself at the resort's food court or the Boardwalk Bakery.

Thanks so much for visiting the Walt Disney World Moms Panel! Wishing you a pixie-dusted birthday celebration during your magical vacation!
