    How do I go about getting the vacation countdown app/widget for vacation? Help? Ideas? Also, I bought 2 sets of tickets 4a trip last Oct, a 7 day PH&4 PH(accident). Shows on MDE but call office can't see tickets. Used 7 day, 4 day is not!??

    Hey, Christina!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. To quote Li Shang from Disney’s Mulan, “Let’s get down to business" and get you some answers!

    I use two widgets for counting down the days till I visit my second home at Walt Disney World Resort. The first in on my desktop computer called Disney Countdown v1.5. The second is an app on my smartphone called Countdown. You should be able to search the app store for "Disney Countdown" on any smartphone or computer for the apps and a variety of options will be displayed. Some are free and others have a small fee. I chose a free one and it does the job perfectly.

    For your tickets, I would call the Existing Tickets hotline (407-939-7523) and speak with a Cast Member. They will be able to research your tickets. If they have difficulty in helping you then please try Website Support at 407-939-4357. Please take a screenshot of your Tickets on My Disney Experience in case the Cast Member needs it.

    Disney Dad Tip: Speaking of apps, the Shop Disney Parks app lets you have access to Disney Park specific merchandise in the palm of your hand. During your vacation, you are able to scan the barcode of a particular item and see where in the "World" you may buy it. For example, I was looking for a size Large T-shirt and they only had size Small and Extra-Large. I used the app and found the right size T-shirt at a nearby location. You may also use it outside the theme parks to order merchandise after your vacation ends. Truly a fantastic way to bring magic directly to your home.
