Hi Beatrice,
Welcome to planDisney! Well, it looks like you deserve a hearty thank you for taking the lead on planning the senior class trip!
To start the planning process, I suggest that you complete this
form from Disney Group Getaways. Looking at your date, I would go ahead and submit that form as soon as possible. When I have traveled with larger groups, it has always taken longer than I anticipated to secure all of the arrangements.
As you plan, consider how many parks your group will want to visit because that will determine how many theme park tickets days you will need. Decide on meals. A few years ago, I brought a group of about 27 and we decided to only do one meal together. For other meals, everyone just organized their own dining in small groups or as individuals. I had to create a process for establishing roommates.
Given all of the digital tools available in
My Disney Experience and the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, I suggest that you consider how you might divide up the larger group into smaller planning groups. They can then make their own
advanced dining reservations. Everyone will also need
Disney Park Pass system reservations for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. As you pull the group together to plan, be sure that everyone reviews
Disney Genie service,
Disney MagicMobile service, and
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
Beatrice, I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will pack your patience as you plan. Do not forget to plan the matching t-shirts - check out what is available at
shopDisney!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
