How do I go about getting a pack and play or crib in my room

Hey there Patricia! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! You’re only days away from partying with Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection as part of The World’s Most Magical Celebration!

Disney Resorts Collection hotel cribs are something I know all too well as a dad of 4! One of the best parts of our Walt Disney World Resort vacations is seeing the kids “Disney tired” after a day at the Theme Parks. It’s the only place where bedtime isn’t a chore because my kids literally fall asleep before their heads hit the pillow!

Since your stay is soon, I recommend speaking with a Guest Services Cast Member to get them to add a crib and/or Pack ’n Play Playard request to your reservation. You can reach a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936. You can also wait until your hotel check-in to request a Crib at the Front Desk of your resort. But since crib quantities are limited and the requests are not guaranteed, I recommend doing so before your stay begins. The resort will provide a sheet for the mattress. We also like to bring a plush Minnie Mouse or favorite blanket along so that our little ones have something familiar to hold onto at night at their home away from home.

If talking to a human is difficult due to screaming children in the background (though that may just be my house,) you can always chat with a Guest Services Cast Member through The Walt Disney World website or My Disney Experience app. They will also be able to add the request to your reservation. In either option, be sure to confirm your crib reservation at check-in just to make sure. We need to make sure those kids are cuddling up with their stuffed Mickey Mouse and not me at the end of the day!

And keep in mind that if the kids ever need a bit of a break during your visit, each Theme Park has a Baby Care Center available for your use. Baby Care Centers have quiet spaces for nursing mothers, changing tables, and even toddler spaces with Disney movies playing. Items like diapers and baby wipes are also available for purchase if needed.

I hope this helps, Patricia! Soon you’ll be immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World! I hope you have a blast!

    To infinity and Beyond,
