How do I go about getting a Disability access pass for my son with type one diabetes?

    Hi Lauren, Welcome to planDisney!

Very soon you will be arriving at The Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration! Be sure not to miss Disney's Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT. Both are fantastic nighttime spectaculars encompassing famous Disney music, projections, and everyone's favorite, fireworks!

I am thrilled to read you have chosen to celebrate your vacation with The Walt Disney World Resort known for inclusivity for ALL people. I am happy to inform you Disability Access Service (DAS) is now available via a pre-registration live video chat. Phone lines are open from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern Time. You can register 30 days before your trip, but no less than 2 days. Once you are registered a Cast Member will assist you in scheduling up to two one-hour return windows on select attractions.

Also important to note, guests, securing a Disability Access Service (DAS) can now obtain a return time via The My Disney Experience App for themselves and the entire party without having to visit the attraction in person.

Finally, for more assistance, please contact Disabilities Services.

    Have a Magical Inclusive Vacation,
