    How do I go about getting my account up and running I have reservation confirmation and I can see our names listed but cant seem to add them to our account? Why?

    Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  My Disney Experience is an incredible addition for guests to help them with planning their Walt Disney World vacations as well as to simplify their actual vacation.  I love how I can have all of our travel plans, confirmation numbers, FastPass+ selections, and so much more all in one location through My Disney Experience and the My Disney Experience mobile app. I no longer have to travel with a folder full of loose papers!  

    When My Disney Experience has some technical issues, it is easiest to contact Walt Disney World for support by calling the My Disney Experience, MagicBands, and FastPass+ at (407) 939-4357, 0800 16 90 749 (UK), or 1800 812 677 (IE) for support or by email for technical assistance
