Hi there, Sibylle!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sailing by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! You are going to have the best time onboard the Disney Magic sailing through the Mediterranean. In fact, just this morning, my husband and I were reminiscing about our own Mediterranean adventure with Captain Mickey a few years ago and have decided we definitely need to book another one! With so much to see and do while on land and incredible views while onboard, it will be a vacation you won’t forget!
While onboard activities and entertainment have not yet been announced for voyages next summer, the
European itineraries typically do not have a Pirate Night but instead have a
Frozen-themed deck party and themed dinner! While some Guests will dress up for this night, it is completely optional, but you will likely see many little Princess Annas and Queen Elsas roaming the ship on that day!
Disney Cruise Line’s
Port Adventures team is always exploring the best of the best opportunities for Guests when they arrive at ports of call during their voyages. I checked with a Cast Member and since your voyage is still a bit away, they are uncertain as to whether or not there will be a debarkation day Port Adventure for Guests to book into London. As your Online Check-In and onboard booking window approaches, excursions will become finalized and at that time you will be able to see everything available for you to book. Often debarkation day excursions do need to be booked onboard with Guest Services rather than prior to setting sail, but you will still be able to see them online if they are available.
As you continue planning and preparing for your European adventure, please come back with any other questions you may have! Your adventure will be here before you know it!
Happy Sailing!
