    How do I go about finding out when WDW is offering the free dining plan?

    Hi Karen!

    Unfortunately, one never knows when Disney is going to release a discount, especially a discount like Free Dining.  Disney really only releases discounts if it thinks it needs to to increase the occupancy rates at the onsite hotels. 

    However, you can visit the independent website MouseSavers.com.  There you can find a historical database of when Disney has released a discount and what kind of discount it was.  That will give you some ideas, assuming this year is anything like previous years.  If you use Google with the search string "Mouse Savers Historical Walt Disney World Discounts" it should take you right to the correct page.
