How do I go about finding food options for a kid who is allergic to soy, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts!

Hello Staci! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with such an important question! The Walt Disney World Resort works very hard to ensure that each Guest has a magical experience during their vacation. This includes being sensitive to Guests who have dietary restrictions. The good news is that most table-service and quick-service dining locations can accommodate the allergies that you mentioned by offering allergy-friendly menus.  Thank goodness because there are so many amazing dining locations to enjoy!

I recommend informing the host or hostess, as well as your server, of the allergies when you arrive at your restaurant. Additionally, a Guest with four or more allergies/intolerances should contact Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com after booking their dining reservations, but no more than 14-days prior to their arrival.

Staci, I hope you have a great visit to the Walt Disney Resort later this Spring!

    Hakuna Matata!  Jonathan G.
