Hi there Robert! Disney is still in the process of securing the best of the best chefs to participate in the The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival from September 30, 2011 – November 13, 2011. I am sure that they will be posting the information to the official site once there is confirmation as to whom will be able to participate. I cannot wait as well because we are going to be going to the festival for a Moms Panel reunion! Maybe we'll see you there? Keep an eye on the Disney Blog because they are starting to use it to make special announcements about current and future news in the Disney Parks. I hope this helps with your planning.
