There isn’t a set date for when Disney releases things like dates for special events, however I can say that it probably will be well after January. The dates for this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party were just released last month. You can take a look at the dates the party will be held this year and plan your vacation accordingly for next year, just without choosing a specific date to attend the party.
