Where do I go to download my new card for my mobile app

Hello there, Betty! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for bringing us your question. I’m thrilled to help a fellow Disney planner get everything set up just right, especially when it comes to the techy side of your vacation!

Disney MagicMobile is such a convenient way to enter the parks, scan into Lightning Lane entrances, and more. And the best part? You can do it all from your smartphone... no MagicBand required!

To get started, you’ll want to make sure that your theme park tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can do this online or directly through the My Disney Experience app. Once everything is connected, you’re ready for some mobile magic!

Next, open the app and head over to the Disney MagicMobile section. It’s easy to find right from the main menu, which you can access by clicking on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen. From there, you can create a brand-new digital pass for yourself and for anyone else in your travel party who’s connected to your account.

Once your pass is ready, the last step is to add it to your device’s digital wallet. If you’re using an iPhone, it’ll go straight into your Apple Wallet. If you’re using an Android device, it’ll land in your Google Wallet. And voilà! You’re officially park-ready with just a tap of your phone.

Betty, I hope this makes things a little clearer as you prepare for your magical trip! If you run into any snags during setup, you can always stop by Guest Relations once you arrive, and they’ll be more than happy to lend a hand.

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
