I want to go to Disneyland on two consecutive days. Can I buy two one-day passes and still go two consecutive days, or do I need to buy a two-day pass?

A warm planDisney welcome to you, Lauren. Thanks for swinging by to share this question with us as you're putting together plans for your visit. We're here to help, so let's get to the magic.

I'm so glad to hear that you are planning to visit the Disneyland Resort for two days. You are going to fit in so much magic and make so many core memories! When it comes to purchasing theme park tickets for your visit, you can do it either of the ways that you described. Depending on the days that you wish to visit, it could be more advantageous (and budget friendly) to purchase two separate 1-day tickets. 1-day park tickets are tiered with dynamic pricing. You can easily walk through the purchase process to see what the cost of a 1-day ticket will be for the day(s) that you wish to visit.

If you decide to go the route of purchasing two 1-day tickets, you'll want to keep in mind that if your plans change, you may need to upgrade your ticket to a higher tier depending on when you reschedule your visit. Multi-day tickets are not dynamically priced and you would only need to modify your theme park reservations with a 2-day ticket.

I see that you're also a California resident. If your visit happens to be before the end of May, there's a California Resident Park Hopper Ticket Offer that might work for you. This ticket is valid for residents who live within ZIP codes 90000-96199, and you must present a valid government-issued photo ID with an address in an eligible zip code at the time of admission. The visits don't have to be consecutive, but must be completed by May 21, 2026. Be sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and carefully read all of the offer details to see if this might work for you.

It's a great year to visit Disneyland with so many wonderful events planned. The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is currently in full swing and I can't wait to sink my teeth into all of the tasty eats and treats. Be sure to check out the Foodie Guide for all of the delicious details. The Ramen Mac & Cheese has me particularly intrigued and is something that I've added to my must-try list.

Well, Lauren, I hope this is helpful as you're making your plans for your visit. Please come back to visit us with any other questions you might be curious about. Here's wishing you a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
