We would like to go to Disney in July. Is it too late to start planning?

Hi Ellie! Thanks for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

In short, it’s not too late to start planning a vacation to Walt Disney World in July. In fact, typically my wife and I don’t start planning our vacations until a few months out, so you’re in great shape!

I would start by looking at the Special Offers, Deals & Discounts offered by Walt Disney World. This is my “go-to” when first looking for vacation packages.

Next, I would first take a close look at all of the Disney Resorts tiers that are available. As it relates to a Deluxe Resort Hotel, I love Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. If you’re interested in a Moderate Resort Hotel, give Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort a look. Finally, as it relates to a Value Resort Hotel, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is hard to beat!

Once you finalize the dates and times of your vacation, you can book your vacation online. However, sometimes I just love talking and booking directly to Disney Cast Members.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day!
