We go to Disney every year, but this trip in April I will be 24 weeks pregnant with our second child. Any tips for expectant mothers? I am just a little nervous about all the walking. If needed would I be allowed to rent a wheelchair or ECV? Thanks.

Oh, Carrie!  Congratulations, and don't be nervous about your trip. You're going to have a wonderful vacation and have a great excuse to take it slowly!

Should you decide that the walking (or the heat) is too much for you, you can take a break inside at a restaurant or at one of the many air-conditioned attractions.  Make sure you bring a refillable water bottle with you, and be sure to consult your doctor before you leave. You can certainly rent a wheelchair or ECV at a variety of locations throughout the parks and Downtown Disney. There are a limited number of wheelchairs available at select Disney resorts, but ECVs are not available at resorts.

Listed below are some guests' questions I've answered about visiting WDW while pregnant.  Hopefully, you'll find some comfort in knowing that you'll have fun and get needed rest.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
